New to breathwork? Already done some sessions with Meg? This is for you! Whether you are seeking to start your journey or are ready to do a deep dive with Meg 1:1 on a specific theme, this single session option can be customized just for you!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
No-shows (failure to show up without notice) will also be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
Cancellations must be made by text or phonecall to allow for rescheduling options.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full service fee will still apply.
