Rebel Soul Health is a direct mirror to Meg's philosophy in life, which is to do YOU and forget the rest!

As a professional plant based chef, culinary nutrition expert and integrative health coach, Meg has expertise across a wide range of nutrition and dietary theories. Through her experience and training, Meg is also equipped with the knowledge needed to recognize disordered eating, and can identify individuals at risk of developing a full blown eating disorder - and point them to resources to aid in recovery.  

Rebel Soul Health offers a wide array of services to assist in balancing the body and mind including: virtual and in-person breathwork, meal planning, recipe development, food classes and consultations, Reiki treatments, corporate workshops, retreats and immersions, plus overall life enhancement coaching.
